Level 1 is a fantastic opportunity for players starting their football journey to develop a fundamental skill base and add further layers to their game.

Whether you are in an U9s age group and already at a high level or if you have just started football for the first time in U12s, this program will be a great fit.

Program Overview

Just like our Saints AFL & AFLW players, you will receive an elite junior program, off field education, expert advice and weekly competitions aimed at giving you the extra Edge when footy resumes.

The program is open to boys and girls aged 9-15 with different levels of difficulty available to provide an engaging and personalised experience for all players.

Keep developing your football at home with Saints Edge Online and challenge yourself with craft drills, exercise programs and off field education sessions direct from the club’s elite coaching and performance staff.

How Does it Work?

Each registered player will receive an individual online Saints Edge Account
Every Monday for 6 weeks players will receive their weekly program and content
Players are expected to complete the programs and submit their recordings by the end of the week
Programs are flexible and specially designed to cater for learning at home and social distancing restrictions
